A mix of hotdesks, fixed desks, meeting rooms, recording studio, kitchen, reception, and a large rehearsal hire studio, over two floors in the West End. Workspace is offered through low-cost licences.

Desks were handmade using upcycled wood waste from local construction projects, with high-quality furniture donated by local businesses, and fibre internet sponsored by Community Fibre. PopHub has been awarded the Mayor’s Workspace Accreditation and is supported by Westminster City Council.
Studio 1 · for hire at PopHub, open to non-members
A private, light-filled studio directly opposite reception, with ample waiting room for talent, clients and customers. One of the most competitively priced studios in the West End, particularly suited to rehearsals, castings, read-throughs, pre-production and board meetings, workshops and classes.

Commercial Road Studios · 19 Commercial Road, Shepton Mallet
The former registry offices, leased by the charity in July 2024 to operate an artist studios facility: the first dedicated town centre artist studios in Shepton Mallet, drawing in talent from the burgeoning local creative scene and as far afield as Frome.

The studios are now home to 15 local artists and makers. We offer a sponsorship programme for those in particular need.
10 Market Place · Shepton Mallet
Acquired in September 2023 with funding from the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities and the Somerset Community Foundation: the charity’s first owned and operated project, designed to help boost the local economy and drive up footfall.
Retail incubator
Emerging businesses test their retail ideas on a rent and bill free basis for up to nine months, supported by a £1,500 capital grant, access to industry mentors, and support into a commercial lease.
The Studio
The gorgeous room on the top floor, under a high gabled ceiling, brings in a regular programme of classes and workshops in music, the arts and wellbeing, with a focus on subsidised, high quality lessons in music for children on up.

Hire includes underfloor heating, 12 chairs, two large fold-out tables, a projector and roll-down screen, black-out curtains, fast WiFi, a toilet, kitchenette and waiting area.
The Artistry · 37 Town Street, Shepton Mallet BA4 5BE
An Interim Spaces project in partnership with Shepton Mallet Town Council, as part of the council’s pop-up shop initiative, aimed at boosting economic regeneration and attracting more visitors to the town centre. The shop, supported by an initial grant from the council, is managed by a core group and sells hand-made work by over 30 local makers.

Join our group of traders by hiring shelf space. Prices start from only £15 a month, all inclusive, per half metre of shelf.
Run workshops with us
Our colourful, small shop doubles as a workshop when it’s not in use for retail, between 9am and 10pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Sundays and from mid-afternoon on other days. Have an idea for a regular programme? We’d love to consider your proposal.
